working principle of tunnel drying sterilization oven

Tunnel drying and sterilization oven are widely used for drying and sterilizing various ampoules, easy-pull bottles, vials and other glass containers. They can also be used for baking in the chemical, electronic and food industries. So, what is the working principle of the tunnel drying and sterilization oven?

1. Place the glass bottles or metal cans that need to be dried into the oven's conveying channel. They will be carried into the tunnel by the transmission mechanism. The running speed of the trolley can be adjusted.
2. This machine is equipped with two air supply ports and one exhaust port, and has disc valve dampers to control the air volume. All working areas inside the tunnel oven are at a hundred-level laminar flow, and the air supply form is vertical unidirectional flow. The bottles that need to be dried will be dried by the circulation of hot air inside the tunnel oven.
3. It is equipped with preheating zones, high-temperature zones, cooling zones, and cooling zones, with a temperature range of 50-350℃ that can be adjusted to achieve sterilization effects. The bottles inside the oven will go through preheating, high-temperature sterilization, and cooling processes before being output.
4. The dried and sterilized bottles will be output and connected to the next process.
