Working principle of fully automatic capping machine

The fully automatic capping machine can also be called "fully automatic cap feeding and capping machine", and it is mainly used for the cap tightening process of bottled products. This capping machine is a non-standard customized machine. According to the size of the cap and the production speed requirements, the machine needed by the customer is customized. The capping machine is mainly composed of a transmission system, a capping head, a power system and a control system. The working principle of the fully automatic capping machine is as follows:
1. The bottle caps are vibrated by the electromagnetic oscillation cap feeder and are sent out in an orderly manner to enter the sliding cap track and reach the cap picking head. The container bottle is sent by the disc to pass through the bottle support grid and automatically pick up one cap under the cap picking head.
2. The bottles that need to be capped are sent to the disc by the conveyor belt. The disc rotates intermittently through the precision cam indexing box.
3. When the bottle with the cap is rotated to the capping head position and stops intermittently, the capping head will automatically move towards the bottle mouth. Through the sensor, the size and shape of the bottle mouth are identified to confirm the appropriate cap model. Then, the capping machine will accurately place the cap on the bottle mouth and firmly tighten the cap through the rotation of the capping head.
The fully automatic capping machine is equipped with a PLC operation control screen, which is easy to operate and has the characteristics of high efficiency, accuracy and stability.
