The working principle of the automatic sauce filling machine: the bottle sorting machine or manual bottles are arranged into the conveyor belt in turn, and under the push and guidance of the track chain plate and the missing bottle stopping device, the bottles smoothly enter the positioning section of the bottle clamping device. Filling pins are connected to 304 stainless steel piston metering pumps. The metering pump is controlled by servo motor, and the filling amount can be adjusted at any time on the touch screen. The dose value can also be manually adjusted with a single delivery pump (which can be customized according to requirements) : the filling needle is inserted into the bottom of the bottle, and the filling needle is lifted as the liquid level rises, which ensures that the outside of the needle does not contact the liquid, and it acts as a defoamer. When the dose is reached, quickly lift the filling needle and the last drop can be dropped into the bottle without leaking out of the bottle. The bottle after filling is transported to the large dial (chuck), the cap arrangement plate is arranged in a row by the electromagnetic oscillation hopper, the bottle mouth is upward into the top cap position, the cap is dropped on the bottle mouth, and then to the capping position, the automatic four-wheel capping, the cap and the bottle mouth are tightened, so as to complete the capping on the filling. At this point, the filling, capping and capping processes of the equipment have been completed.
