The working principle of the automatic liquid filling machine: the main motor of the filling machine drives the rocker arm mechanism through the belt wheel, reducer and sprocket mechanism to realize the reciprocating movement of the filling pump, that is, the piston metering pump, and the liquid in the self-storage liquid of the packaging liquid is extracted and then injected into the packaging container located in the bottle transport track. At the same time, the CAM drive lever mechanism drives the needle frame to move up and down, so that the nozzle installed on the needle frame is directly inserted into the packaging container, and rises to achieve the defoaming function while filling, and then produces a suction effect to prevent drip when the nozzle has not reached the top after filling the liquid. During the production process, as long as the packaging container is placed under the filling head, the liquid can be automatically filled.
