1. Workers manually pour the bottles into the hopper of the bottle lifter. The bottle lifter automatically conveys the bottles to the bottle sorting chamber. When the bottle sorting chamber reaches a certain capacity, the bottle lifter stops working. When the number of bottles in the bottle sorting chamber is insufficient, the bottle lifter automatically starts to replenish the bottles into the chamber.
2. In the bottle sorting chamber, the inclination of the turntable and the continuous brushing of the brush strips bring the bottles that are stuck at the top of the chamber to the bottom. Bottles with their mouths facing up are directly and orderly conveyed out along with the rotation of the turntable. Bottles with their mouths facing down are flipped over by taking advantage of the difference in width between the bottle bottom and the bottle mouth during the rotation and transmission of the turntable, and then continue to be orderly discharged with their mouths facing up.
