Usage and precautions of automatic bag packing machine:  

One, Preparatory work:
1. Clean up dirt, sundries and other items on the machine, and clean and disinfect all parts of food in contact with it.  2. Check whether all screws are loose during transportation.  Turn the belt once by hand to check whether the machine is stuck or not. If so, find out the reason and eliminate it.  3. Add lubricating oil (36# oil) to the movable parts of the transverse sealing guide column, CAM and feeding clutch.  Check whether the reduction gearbox is short of oil. If it is lower than the middle line of the oil tank, please add 36# oil.  

Two, starting up machine:  

1. Put the packaging on the conveyor belt and install the packaging film;  

2. All process personnel are ready to be in position;  

3. Switch on the power supply and start the starter for test operation;  

4. Ensure smooth packaging to the end.
