Operation of fully automatic granule packaging machine

After receiving the machines, factory must train the operating staff to understand and maintain the machine first. This training can extend the service life of the machines and ensure safe operation. The fully automatic granule packaging machine is an indispensable automated equipment in modern industrial production. Here we introduce the standardized operation procedures.
1. Before operation, ensure that the working area is clean, dry, well-ventilated, and free of flammable and explosive items. There should be sufficient space for operation and maintenance around the equipment, and the passageways should be unobstructed. Check that the power cords, air supply lines, and vacuum lines are intact and securely connected. Confirm that all safety guards and protective doors are correctly installed and locked, and that the emergency stop button is in the raised position and functioning properly.
2. Preparation of materials and packaging materials: Confirm that the granular materials used meet the equipment requirements and load them into the hopper. Select the appropriate roll film according to the packaging specifications and install it on the film feeding device. Adjust the position of the film roll to ensure smooth film feeding.
3. After connecting the power supply and starting the machine, set the operation controller. According to the color mark length of the packaging paper, set the working parameters. After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the main machine. The operator must stay at their post and closely monitor the operation status of the equipment.
4. During the packaging process, regularly check the packaging quality, including the firmness of the seal, measurement accuracy, and consistency of bag length. If the packaging quality does not meet the requirements, adjust the relevant parameters in a timely manner.
