The fully automatic labeling machine is a very commonly used device in production enterprises. The service life of the labeling machine can be extended through our maintenance and upkeep.
1. Daily maintenance: Before use, the operator needs to check the integrity of all components and ensure that all components can operate stably during use.
2. Regular cleaning: Use a soft cloth to clean the outer shell of the equipment to prevent oil stains from accumulating; wipe the photoelectric sensor and fiber optic head to ensure their sensitivity; promptly remove residual label glue to avoid blockage.
3. Lubrication: Regularly add a small amount of lubricating oil (such as silicone oil or special lubricating grease) to the guide rails, chains, bearings and other moving parts to avoid dry grinding.
4. Timely replacement of easily worn and consumable parts: such as brushes, rollers, screws, etc. These parts need to be replaced every half a year to a year.
5. Tightness check: Before each use, check whether the screws, belt tension, couplings, etc. are loose, especially the parts that are prone to loosening after high-speed operation.
