        The ampoule filling line is used for filling pharmaceuticals and is an important production line in the pharmaceutical industry. It can achieve continuous operation from bottle transportation, filling to capping. Maintenance of the filling line is a crucial aspect for all machines. Good maintenance and care of production machines can effectively extend the service life of the ampoule filling and sealing machine, ensuring stable operation and efficient work of the equipment. The maintenance and care methods of the ampoule filling and sealing machine mainly include the following aspects:
        1. Equipment cleaning and sterilization: After each use, the inside and outside of the ampoule filling line should be cleaned thoroughly, especially the areas prone to dirt accumulation such as pipes, valves, and nozzles. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the machine body is made of stainless steel. When cleaning, avoid using hard objects to prevent surface damage. If the machine body is stained with oil or other dirt, alcohol or other cleaning agents can be used to remove it to keep the filling machine clean. Before use, the filling pipes, needles, and other parts should be washed with injection water and subjected to moist heat sterilization. If necessary, dry heat sterilization should also be carried out.
        2. Lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil to the moving parts of the filling machine, such as conveyor belts, chains, and gears. For parts such as bearings, lead screws, and guide rails, lubricating oil or grease can be used for lubrication. Do not over-press or rub the lubricant and O-rings to avoid equipment failure due to excessive pressure.
        3. Inspection: A. Regularly check whether the transmission parts of the filling machine (such as motors, bearings, chains, etc.) operate smoothly and whether there are abnormal sounds or overheating. For severely worn parts, they should be replaced in time to prevent the expansion of faults. At the same time, check whether the fasteners are loose to ensure the stability of the machine structure. B. Use professional instruments to test the performance of electrical components (such as sensors, controllers, etc.), and regularly check whether the power lines and control lines are aged or damaged, and whether the terminal blocks are loose.
