Common faults of liquid filling machine

1. The main machine of filling machine does not start?
It may be due to air pressure protection, low or no air pressure solution: open the air pressure valve and increase the
pressure.

2. If the material tank is sufficient, the liquid level is stable, and the filling volume is not accurate.
It may be that there are impurities blocking the filling channel.Check the inlet of the material trough or in the filling mouth, and clean up the sundries.

3. If there is no feeding after touching the feeding switch, the digital indicator LED of time relay will not flash.
It may be that the injection switch is damaged or the base of time relay is loose. Replace the same type of injection switch or press the base of time relay tightly.
A. Check whether there is air pressure or whether the pressure is too low. If it does not meet the requirements of air pressure, we should adjust it in time and start the machine for observation.
B. If the air pressure meets the requirements, it may be that the solenoid valve coil is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by dirt. You can unplug the power supply, open the board, and use objects to turn or press the button beside the corresponding solenoid valve coil. If the valve can do inverting action, it means that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If the valve can not be inverting, the valve core is stuck. The solenoid valve coil can be replaced or the valve can be disassembled for repair.

4. How about not filling when the equipment is running automatically?
1. After the machine is started, the bottle is not in place.
2. The possible causes of failure are: A. The photoelectric position of the lower submergence limit is wrong; B. The photoelectricity of the lower submergence position is damaged; C. The parameter setting of the equipment is wrong; D. The photoelectricity of the bottle feeding is not in contact with the bottle; E.The filling function of the material level is opened, and the material level is not reached; F. The cylinder of bottle jam is not put out.
