how does the fully automatic ampoule filling machine work?

The ampoule drawing, filling and sealing machine is a specialized instrument and equipment used for filling and sealing the liquid in ampoule bottles. It quantitatively fills the filtered and clean liquid medicine into the ampoule bottles that have been cleaned, dried and sterilized, and then seals them. So, how does the fully automatic ampoule filling machine work?
1. Bottle feeding position: Bottles are placed on the inclined tray and then separated into individual bottles by the bottle separator driven by the synchronous belt. The number of bottles fed at one time is determined by the number of filling heads. For example, if there are two filling heads, two bottles are fed at a time.
2. Bottle conveying method: The rectangular bottle conveying method is adopted to ensure stable bottle transmission and reduce the breakage rate.
3. Filling position: The filling pump of the fully automatic ampoule filling machine uses a glass pump for filling. The glass pump is easy to install and each pump can be adjusted independently for filling volume. The filling is carried out by inserting the pump into the bottle under the mechanical structure.

4. Sealing position: The sealing position adopts a new type of drawing box structure, which is aesthetically pleasing and easier and faster to install and debug. The burner head uses a unique technology and does not conduct heat even after long-term use, thus avoiding the problem of backfire. Natural gas or hydrogen can be selected as the combustion medium. The size of the sealing flame can be adjusted to ensure the drawing effect. During sealing, the bottle rotates continuously to ensure that the neck of the ampoule bottle is heated evenly and sufficiently.
